Do I need to be home for you to come clean my house?


No. Our intention at Posh Cleaning is to give you back more time in your day so you can “follow your dream, while we clean.” With that being said, you are not required to be present during your one-time or recurring cleaning service. Upon establishing cleaning services, we can make arrangements for entry into your property. In these cases, we're provided a spare key, or a door or a garage code so we can let ourselves in and lock up when we're done.

For those who prefer to be home during the cleaning, no problem, we’re more than happy to work around you as you relax or go about your daily routine.

 

What should I do before the Posh Cleaning team arrives?


This is such an excellent question, and we’re so glad you asked. Our highly-skilled cleaners are eager for your home to be as fresh and clean as possible. No need to run the vacuum before we arrive - that's what you hire us for! However, for the most efficient and effective clean, we ask that you please pick up any toys, clothing, or trash before we arrive. An additional charge may be assessed for excessively messy properties that require junk and clutter removal or organization.

If you wish for us to change your linens, we ask that you leave a clean set of bedding sheets (fitted, flat, pillow cases) on top of each bed that is to be serviced.

How many cleaners will come on a regular basis?

 

Typically we deploy teams that can complete home cleaning within an average of 3 or 4 hours. This may consist of a single team member or several depending on the size of your property and scope of the job.

 

 

Do you always send the same team?

 

We believe that the key to ensuring you get the clean you want is to send the same team every time you receive service. If a member of your team is unavailable during your scheduled clean, we do our best to find the most suitable replacement.

All our PROs undergo extensive training, so they will all provide a consistent, thorough quality of work.

 

Do I need to provide your team with my own cleaning equipment or supplies?


No. We arrive with everything we need to get your home sparkling, and we take all our supplies and equipment with us when we leave.


If you have preferences in regards to the cleaning products and equipment we use, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your request. For more information about using specific cleaning equipment or supplies, please review our Terms and Conditions.

 

Does my house need to be completely empty for a move-in / move-out clean?


Yes. A move-in / move-out is the cleaning of an empty house. That said, if you have a few items or pieces of furniture in the home, just let us know and we'll do our best to work around them. 

 

Can pets be home during a cleaning?


Yes. We love all kinds of pets! Cleaning your home should be easy for both you and your pet. Some pets like their own space, so consider placing them somewhere safe. For pets protective of your home, keeping them outside or in a separate area ensures everyone's safety. When you won't be home during our visit, let us know during our first chat. We'll set up a smooth plan to get your home clean.

 

What happens if I need to reschedule?


We understand things happen and you may not be able to keep your scheduled cleaning. Just please let us know a minimum of 2 business days in advance of your appointment and we'll do our best to shift your schedule. For more details, please review our Terms and Conditions.

 

What happens if I have to cancel?


As with rescheduling, we ask that any cancellations be made at least 2 business days before your scheduled service. Please understand that you may incur a cancellation fee if your appointment is canceled less than 48 hours prior to your appointment. For more details, please review our Terms and Conditions.

 

When and how do I pay?


For all residential cleanings, we expect payment prior to the end of the service before the team leaves. We accept payments electronically through the platforms of Zell, Venmo, Apple Cash, Cash App, and credit card (3.1% processing fee for credit cards).

 

What if something’s missed?


Satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning service, we will re-clean the areas you were dissatisfied with free of charge. You must report any problems or dissatisfaction with your service via email to poshcleaningpa@outlookcom or text to 610-730-9931 within twenty-four (24 hours) of your appointment. We will rectify the specific issues at no additional cost by sending the team member(s) back to re-clean the areas you were dissatisfied with. Re-cleaning services will be scheduled within two (2) business days of the initial cleaning service.

 

How often can you clean my home?


Posh Cleaning is happy to offer cleaning once a week, every other week, or once a month depending on your individual cleaning needs. You can also request one-time maid service, such as for special events, moving in or out of a home, hosting a holiday, or almost any other reason.


Since we work on a contract-free basis, you can update or change your cleaning frequency to fit your individual budget, schedule, and cleaning needs.

 

Do your cleaners accept tips?


While tips are not expected, our cleaners are allowed to accept them. Some of our clients prefer to tip a little at the end of each service, while others offer a large tip at the end of the year. Of course, any tip at any time is greatly appreciated.
